A transformational 3-day "in person" experience for women who are ready to take the next step in their healing journey.
You Are Invited!
Women's Journey 2.0 Workshop
We’re excited to announce the launch of a new workshop: Women’s Journey 2.0! Because we don’t drift into wellness, this workshop will offer invitations for you to step further and more intentionally into your wise adult self. Through large group teachings, small group experiences, and some experiential practices, we’ll explore topics that help us engage in Post Traumatic Growth and our on-going spiritual formation.
Topics
-
Developing secure attachment to ourselves, God and others
-
Learning and experiencing ways to regulate our bodies and help our nervous systems feel safer
-
Continuing growth in emotional maturity through concepts like clean vs dirty pain, healthy ownership and updating our core beliefs
-
The process of healthy forgiveness (what it is and what it isn't)
-
Exploring the things that get in the way of our healing and growth such as shame, resistance to do our work, and getting stuck in a victim role
Registration Information
Registration begins Monday, February 2nd and will first open to those clients and group members who are/have been actively involved in our groups or who work with one of our practitioners (that's you since you're receiving this email). We will extend the invite more broadly in March. You are invited to attend individually or with a group. If you've been part of our counseling groups, we encourage you to consider coming with your fellow (or former!) group members. Especially for those in our virtual groups, this is a meaningful opportunity for in person connection.
Dates: Wednesday June 24-Friday, June 26, 2026
Time: 9am -8pm Wednesday and Thursday, 9-4pm Friday.
Cost: $1400 per person
Location: Faithful and True Center, Eden Prairie, MN

Your Women's Journey Workshop
Team
There when you need it most, meet your guides along the Women's Journey.
Attending the women's workshop was everything I never knew I needed to do for myself. I have never shared the story of my husband's struggles, his secrets had somehow become my own. So when Debbie recommended I start my journey by attending a weekend that would require me to walk into a room filled with other women, I thought she was crazy. It was hard enough for me to tell one person (her) let alone a room full of strangers.
She was not crazy.
I cannot believe the difference in where I am in my heart from when I entered that room on Thursday morning, to when I left it Saturday afternoon. I feel seen, and I am learning to be gentle with myself. My steps forward have less and less to do with my husband, and everything to do with what I need in order to be everything God has very clearly called and marked me to be.
I just want to say thank you to Elizabeth, Beth, and Debbie. The richness of learning from your life experience and seeing you each still walk with hearts that are fashioned by God's love and grace - indescribable hope for me. Thank you.
