Women's Journey Workshop 2

Your invitation to step into the next stage of your healing journey.

About This Workshop

We’re excited to introduce Women’s Journey 2, a new workshop designed to support continued healing and growth. Because we don’t drift into wellness, this experience offers intentional invitations to step more fully into your wise adult self. Through large group teaching, small group connection, and experiential practices, we will explore topics that foster posttraumatic growth and deepen our ongoing spiritual formation.

Topics

Healing and formation are not only about insight but also about integration into our mind, body, and spirit. The following topics will guide us in taking next steps in that integration, supported by meaningful experiences and practical tools.

  • Developing secure attachment to ourselves, God and others

  • Learning and experiencing ways to regulate our bodies and help our nervous systems feel safer

  • Continuing growth in emotional maturity through concepts like clean vs dirty pain, healthy ownership and updating our core beliefs

  • The process of healthy forgiveness (what it is and what it isn't)

  • Exploring the things that get in the way of our healing and growth such as shame, resistance, and getting stuck in a victim role

Your Women's Journey Workshop

Team

There when you need it most, meet your guides along the Women's Journey.

Attending the women's workshop was everything I never knew I needed to do for myself. I have never shared the story of my husband's struggles, his secrets had somehow become my own. So when Debbie recommended I start my journey by attending a weekend that would require me to walk into a room filled with other women, I thought she was crazy. It was hard enough for me to tell one person (her) let alone a room full of strangers.

She was not crazy.

I cannot believe the difference in where I am in my heart from when I entered that room on Thursday morning, to when I left it Saturday afternoon.  I feel seen, and I am learning to be gentle with myself. My steps forward have less and less to do with my husband, and everything to do with what I need in order to be everything God has very clearly called and marked me to be.

I just want to say thank you to Elizabeth, Beth, and Debbie. The richness of learning from your life experience and seeing you each still walk with hearts that are fashioned by God's love and grace - indescribable hope for me. Thank you.
