Not Another Support Group

Faithful & True Counseling Groups go beyond traditional support groups. Our group leaders are experts in guiding women through betrayal trauma to places of transformation and growth. How do they do that?

Direction & Focus

A Faithful & True professionally led group maintains clear direction through structured guidance. The trained leader ensures discussions remain focused, managing time and topics to promote consistent progress

Flow & Intentionality

Where do groups meet?

We offer a variety of group options that meet various days of the week and times of the day – from morning, afternoon to evening – we have many options that support an array of scheduling needs.

When do groups meet?

You will be placed in a group of all ages. These communities find common ground in their experience of sexual betrayal, in their hope for healing, and in their commitment to post-traumatic growth.

Are groups organized by age?

Groups have 6-10 members to 1 leader. It is up to the leader how many members they would like in their group(s).

What's the leader to member ratio?

Depending on the size of the group, group counseling sessions can last anywhere from 90 minutes to 2 hours.

How long are the sessions?
