The L.I.F.E. Guide for Spouse
The L.I.F.E. Guide for Spouses is a 21-assignment recovery workbook for spouses of men or women battling sexual addiction. The L.I.F.E. Guide workbook is a biblically-based, time-tested, effective tool in assisting spouses to recover from their partner’s sexual addiction – whether the addict is in recovery or not. This workbook is not for women dealing with sexual addiction.
This workbook will introduce a new way of looking at recovery and transformation in our lives. While the workbook is easy enough to follow alone, it is highly recommended that it be used in conjunction with a L.I.F.E. support group. By participating in a group, one enters a safe-environment of others on the same journey creating a support structure.
The L.I.F.E. Guide for Spouses was edited by Dr. Mark Laaser, the foremost Christian authority on sexual addiction recovery and Debbie Laaser, his wife, an experienced therapist and spouse of a recovering addict.

About the New Edition
With these newly designed covers, L.I.F.E. Recovery International is introducing revised versions of our three primary sexual addiction workbooks, the Men’s Guide, Women’s Guide, and Spouses’ Guides. These new resources have the same 21 clinically sound core-issue based lessons, but arranged in the exact sequence in which we recommend you work through them. Same great biblically based content in an easier to use format. With the new format, page numbers may not line up with older editions of this guide; however, you can reference the principles and assignments in place of page numbers.
